At Bespoke Finishes we are always on the lookout for trying new products, and after hearing  good things about Benjamin Moore Scuff-X, we decided to try it for ourselves. We spray a lot of furniture, kitchens etc so something as durable as Scuff-X and being water based sounded great, it is quite possibly the best stuff i have used to date, it sprays a dream and drys to a rock hard enamel like finish, this is now our go to paint, we would highly recommend Benjamin Moore Scuff-X. Benjamin Moore paints are all fantastic, but scuff x is a brilliant paint, it will stick to old yellow gloss without sanding, and is highly durable, has a high opacity and coverage rate, so it means you are saving on undercoat and the labour needed for that coat, so yes it may seem expensive but it will pay for itself in no time.

ProDec Ice Fusion Rollers
A special thanks goes to Johnathan Graham Owner of JG Decorator for this product review, Click the link to follow him on Twitter at https://twitter.com/JGDecorator

Painters and Decorator are constantly on the look out for the new piece of equipment to make their work look good. Advances in brushes and roller technology continues apace with companies like ProDec leading the way in innovation for both diy, trade and specialist Painters and Decorators. The Ice Fusion is a great addition to the emerging field of high spec mini roller sleeves that give flawless finishes in oil, water and hybrid based finishes. The lint free synthetic fibre hold a generous amount of paint for their size and maintains its shape during use and after cleaning. As a Specialist Decorator these roller sleeve are now part of my roller kit and are used for kitchen unit painting, doors and other areas where a medium to large area needs to be painted. Because of their paint holding capabilities they can take longer to clean compared to other roller sleeves with special attention to throughly washing, rinsing and spinning cleaning. It’s also recommended that you have roller for certain tonal colours, ie whites, neutrals and dark colours, so as to not cross contaminate colours. I highly recommend these sleeves and are suitable for use at any painting skill level.
